Joyce Frankland Academy, Newport (JFAN) to Join Anglian Learning
Anglian Learning has been in discussion with the Essex based academy regarding their potential membership.
Following a period of due diligence and stakeholder consultations we are pleased to announce that the Headteacher Board have agreed the application for JFAN to join Anglian Learning with effect from 1 January 2020.

“Its core aims and values are very much aligned with our own and we are confident that the additional capacity brought to Anglian Learning will be of huge benefit to Joyce Frankland Academy, Newport and our Trust schools.”

“Anglian Learning has a supportive and experienced central team, and along with the sharing of expertise and best practice amongst a wide pool of colleagues from the Trust schools, the development of a stronger leadership and teaching staff will result in the best outcome opportunities for our young people.”
JFAN is an academy based in Newport, Essex, founded with the vision of Dame Joyce Frankland ‘love I bear learning’ and this is set within JFAN’s values to ‘explore, fulfil and flourish’, recognising her wider vision for students, staff and all members of the community.
