We are seeking a capable, professional and determined individual to maintain a safe, healthy and smooth running of our school site and its operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for the College’s estate, leading the site team and overseeing maintenance, health and safety and compliance in liaison with the Trust and contractors. We are looking for someone that has high standards and is able to manage people and resources effectively. The ability to plan strategically and well as offer practical skills is important to this role.
Suggested working hours are 8am-4pm (3.30pm on Fridays) with the flexibility to cover weekday caretaking shifts as required (6.45am-2.15pm/1.50-8.20pm) and contribute to an evening and weekend rota to support with lettings/bookings.
The Site Manager is required to be a key holder and must be able to attend the College out of hours. These arrangements are subject to the requirements of the College and staffing needs. Overtime worked beyond 39 hours will be paid at enhanced rates.

These positions are on a casual, as and when required basis, throughout the academic year with the main exam season in May and June. However, we also have mock exams in November and February and invigilators are required for these as well. Hours worked will usually be between 8.30am and 4pm with an 8.30am or 12.15/12.45pm start.

We are seeking to appoint a competent individual who is numerate, with good IT skills and an eye for attention to detail to support our Finance Manager. The successful candidate will work with the Finance Manager to provide an efficient financial administration service. An example of the tasks required to be completed would include the processing of invoices, using the School’s ordering system and supporting and maintaining the application of the school’s parent payment system. You must also have clear and effective communication skills and enjoy working in a busy environment supporting the smooth running of the school’s finance operations.
