headteacher to lead Stapleford Community Primary School

We are looking for someone who, with great Trust support for the operational aspects of leading
a school, wants to focus on creating a school where everyone wants to learn and achieve their
ambitions.

right to enable Stapleford pupils to thrive and learn every day.
Someone who will nurture staff, pupils and families to be the best they can be.
Someone who is passionate about building a community school based on trust; who understands

Someone who will work in partnership with all Trust colleagues to create the best practice in all our
academies
