Swim Teacher

We are looking for professional, enthusiastic and inspiring swim teachers to deliver and be part of our quality swim school

“Bottisham Sports Centre is dedicated to providing quality and motivating swimming lessons for all ages focusing on progress, success and enjoyment.”

An extensive swimming lesson programme has been designed to cater for all abilities, from complete beginner all the way up to the advanced performer. All our lessons are taught by ASA approved instructors, and classes run 6 days a week. Lessons will be taking place 50 weeks a year.

Netherhall Sports Centre is looking to recruit an individual who

– wants to enhance their career in leisure management and operations

– is an excellent communicator and team player

– has had significant supervisory experience.

We need an inspiring and motivational leader, capable of driving and supporting a team to deliver safe and professional services.

Working with the Sport Centre Manager, the post holder will help to promote, develop and manage the Sports Centre including the new fitness suite. He/she will also take responsibility for supervision of Sports Centre staff; oversight of building operations and Front of House. The post holder will also be responsible for opening and closing the facility and must be able to work unsociable hours.

A strong background in the leisure industry with a keenness to promote the highest standards of customer care, health and safety, facility presentation and service delivery would also be required.

Desirable:-

A current First Aid Certificate.

Great people skills and an interest in sporting activities.

Recognised qualification in fitness training / instructors to REPs level 3 or above

A keen and motivated individual

Excellent ICT Skills
