School Nurse

The role of the School Nurse is to work across Bottisham and other Anglian Learning sites to support students’ health and wellbeing so that they are able to fully participate in an active school life. The School Nurse will support each school’s First Aiders to provide the daily and emergency medical care that is required.
The successful candidate should ideally be experienced in working within a school environment and have a clear understanding of students’ requirements, and safeguarding protocols.  They should be at least three years’ post registration, and be able to work independently.

We are looking for a committed and flexible individual to be part of a successful, skilled support team.  The successful candidate will work with both staff and students to provide an effective and efficient library resource centre.  They will have some experience of the library environment, and/or an educational setting. The role will include some general administrative support duties.
This is a fantastic time to join our college as we are currently going through an extensive expansion, which will include a new library centre. We expect the successful candidate to be involved with this exciting project.

Adult Learning Tutor
to teach Singing for Fun class
Required from September 2017

Thursday evenings, 7 – 9 pm
Term Time Only
£25 per hour

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced person to teach a weekly Singing for Fun class as part of our Adult Learning programme.  The class is held on a Thursday evening from 7.00 – 9.00 pm, term time only.  The learners will be of all abilities and the range of music is anything from jazz, blues and pop to musical theatre.  The ethos of the class is to have fun and promote wellbeing through singing.

Senior Duty Manager

We are looking for an individual who
– wants to enhance their career in leisure management and operations
– is an excellent communicator and team player
– has had at least 4 years of supervisory experience.

Netherhall Sports Centre is looking for an inspiring and motivational leader, capable of driving and supporting a team to deliver safe and professional services.

You will work with the Sport Centre Manager to promote, develop and manage the Sports Centre including the new fitness suite and to take responsibility for supervision of Sports Centre staff, oversee building operations and Front of House. The post holder will also be responsible for opening and closing the facility and must be able to work unsociable hours.

A strong background in the leisure industry with a keenness to promote the highest standards of customer care, health and safety, facility presentation and service delivery would also be required (desirable?).

Desirable :-
A current First Aid Certificate.
Great people skills and an interest in sporting activities.
Recognised qualification in fitness training / instructors to REPs level 3 or above
A keen and motivated individual
Excellent ICT Skills
Member of CIMPSA
