In April 2013, the College became a designated teaching school, being one of the two lead schools in the Anglian Gateway Teaching School Alliance which is a growing network of primary and secondary schools in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. The schools work together to shape the future of teacher training and professional development and to improve the life chances of all learners.
The College has very high expectations of all students with regard to behaviour and attitude to learning. The code of conduct ‘Ready, Respectful, Safe’ is based on mutual respect and is underpinned by a series of core rights and responsibilities.
