Transforming Education Together

Anglian Learning is a successful multi-academy trust in East Anglia. We provide inclusive education and equal opportunities, celebrating our differences and supporting learners of all abilities and backgrounds. Our academies consist of 10 primary, 6 secondary schools and 2 sixth forms, each retaining their unique identity and ethos. We value a culture of supportive, respectful relationships. Our people are empowered to embrace new ideas and think creatively as we Transform Together.

Vacancies

We passionately believe that our most important resource is our people, and if you apply and are successful in your application, we promise to develop and support you in your career, as well as provide a caring, friendly environment in which to work. Our DNA is built around our aspiration for colleagues, utilising the skills and knowledge from across our Trust to help empower and retain our talent.

Research

We believe in making informed decisions based on evidence, values and experience, to be applied, in context, throughout our Trust. Frameworks developed with and for colleagues define expectations and provide guidance and models for our school to apply, drawing upon research from leading educational institutions and resources such as the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF), Walkthrus, Nasen and the Great Teaching Toolkit.

Trust Growth

Trustees are committed to further careful, sustainable growth of Anglian Learning. They believe that the impact upon the academies within our Trust demonstrates the benefits and capacity for improvement that comes from being part of a strong organisation of primary and secondary schools working closely together in a distinct geographical area.

Christmas Opening Hours

Please note Anglian Learning’s central team office will be closing for Christmas at midday on Tuesday 24 December. We will be reopening on Thursday 2 January. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

ANGLIAN LEARNING'S DNA

Colleagues discuss how our Core Purpose and Core Principles resonate with their everyday work. These are part of our Trust’s DNA, reflecting the evolution of Anglian Learning since its inception in 2016. Our Core Purpose, essentially why we exist as a Trust, is informed by our Core Values and shapes what we do and how we do it, leading to our Core Vision of: Dynamic, empowered learners who thrive and lead in their communities: locally, nationally and globally.

Our Core Principles

Our Core Principles show how our Core Values should manifest in practice. This is how we fulfil our Core Purpose and realise our Core Vision. These are our mutual responsibilities and commitments as fellow members of Anglian Learning.

The Principles must be applied but require a level of contextual interpretation. They must inform our decision-making and shape how we act at the school level, centrally and within our collective communities.
