Lesley works with the Trust by assisting academies with their Arts curriculum. Alongside this, helping academies to achieve the prestigious Artsmark award, and pupils on their Arts Award journey.
Recently, Sawston Village College was awarded Artsmark Platinum and Howard Community Academy was Awarded Artsmark Gold. A significant achievement that highlights the academies commitment to the arts curriculum within their schools. Also, Sawston Village College recently had a record-breaking three pupils awarded the Gold Arts Award.
Lesley also encourages collaborative projects within the Trust, with the recent success of Platform 23 providing an opportunity for secondary Heads of Arts to share best practice and teaching methods with each other.
