Strengthening Inclusive Practice: Anglian Learning Strengthening Inclusive Practice: Anglian Learning Leadership Conference

🤝On Friday we held our final Trust Leadership Conference of the academic year, with headteachers and executive leadership coming together to examine how we can further strengthen our inclusive teaching practice, for all pupils, every day, in every lesson.

We drew upon the work of the EEF, Ambition Institute and our own Frameworks. As always, this was an opportunity to share and celebrate, learn together and challenge each other.

Stronger Leadership Through Collaboration 📚👥 Tues Stronger Leadership Through Collaboration 📚👥

Tuesday was our third Trust Leadership Group meeting of the year, for headteachers and the shared services leadership team.

We were privileged to hear from our Deputy Principals, Dom Fullman of Bottisham Village College and Karim Marsaoui of The Netherhall School The Netherhall School, sharing their experiences of the excellent East100 leadership programme led by Jon Hutchinson.

The day also provided opportunities for strategic long-term planning in response to the recent White Paper📄and for headteacher peer coaching 🤝

Thanks also to @staplefordgranaryartsculture for a wonderful community venue, surrounded by their Ladybird Books exhibition!
