Fen Ditton and Marleigh Primary Go Head-to-Head in Football Tournament
The football pitch came alive with energy and excitement as Year 5 and 6 pupils from Marleigh Primary Academy took part in a fantastic tournament against our sibling school, Fen Ditton Primary. The morning was a brilliant celebration of teamwork, sportsmanship, and friendly competition. Pupils from both schools showed impressive effort, skill, and resilience, with plenty of goals, great saves, and moments of true team spirit. It was clear to everyone watching just how much pride the players took in representing their schools—and how much fun they had doing it! There was a positive and encouraging atmosphere that made the event even more special. A huge thank you goes to everyone who helped organise the tournament and support the players throughout. Congratulations to all the children who took part—you were fantastic ambassadors for your schools. We’re already counting down to the next opportunity.
