Leaders of Anglian Learning and guest speakers met at The Nucleus for the penultimate conference of this academic year.  The focus was in three parts:

How to respond to critical incidents

What we are learning from Creativity Collaboratives

Our sense of belonging and growth

The session started with guest speaker Stewart Thomas from Cambridgeshire County Council who talked about responding to critical incidents and dealing with external agencies and communication.

This was then followed by a session from Ryan Hyman of Athene Communications who spoke about how to respond to critical incidents, our communication and reputation.

Later in the afternoon we welcomed Phil Burgess from Bottisham Village College and Louise Scott from The  Pines Primary School who gave an update on the Creativity Collaboratives project on what we have learned and what our next steps are.

Thank you to all who attended and contributed to the discussions, and to our guests for their clear guidance and updates to enable us to do the best for our learners, our communities, and our people
