We are always pleased to hear from schools and trusts that may wish to become part of Anglian Learning and who share our DNA.
Our Core Purpose is to Transform Together to enable inclusive and aspirational learning in every classroom, empower leaders across every academy, and ensure inspiring opportunities and educational success for our learners, people and communities.
Our Core Principles set out how our values manifest in everyday decisions. The six principles apply to every staff member, setting out our mutual commitments as fellow members of Anglian Learning. They will be applied at all levels but with context and help to form our decisions in our schools, centrally and within our various professional communities.

We act with unity of purpose, delivering contextually. We offer a supportive, adaptive approach to school improvement that prioritises self-sustaining school improvement, at the same time as providing more intensive support where appropriate. We recognise that no school is the same, but by thinking systemically we ensure that no academy is left behind.

Our aim is to empower school leadership, intentionally building capacity at all levels. We draw upon a huge wealth of expertise in teaching and inclusion across our sixteen schools and have a proven track record of success. Importantly, alongside our work on educational matters we provide a wide range of high quality support services including in finance, human resources, ICT, premises and procurement, and support and training for governance at all levels.
