Leading a Coaching Culture
Senior leaders of the Trust have been attending sessions led by John Kane of Kanevolve Consulting on ‘Leading a Coaching Culture’. Part of the Trust’s offering for Leadership and Career Development, these sessions help leaders to understand the true value of a coaching culture. And, consider how coaching might be applied in their own school. Also:

The most recent session, held at The Nucleus on 5 December, focused on asking powerful questions, active listening and structured conversations.
These seminars have been a great opportunity to learn and share as we continue to grow and transform together.
