Developing a Coaching Culture
Our Trust Leadership Group have been attending sessions led by John Kane of Kanevolve Consulting on ‘Developing a Coaching Culture’. Three of the six planned sessions have been held to date. The sessions have focused on:
• Value of and applying a coaching culture
• Leading as a coach: leadership drives and behaviours
• Coaching models
• A reflection of the effectiveness and our leadership of teams.
• How coaching can enhance the development of others and have an impact on the QA process.
Our 4th session, held at Bottisham Village College on 13 July, focused on team versus group coaching and the benefits of holding thinking meetings. Leaders considered in which context team coaching can play a part and useful discussion and sharing took place as we are #TransformingTogether
The sessions will conclude in December. These seminars have been a great opportunity to learn and share as we continue to grow and transform together.
