Our Blueprints

Our Blueprints set out our aspirational position, defining how our Core Values and Core Principles will manifest in our school provision, systems and culture. The Blueprints are co-constructed by central leadership team and head teachers, in dialogue with other senior leaders through our strategic groups. The common principles set out in the Blueprints are interpreted by each school as appropriate to their context.
